Shipping and Tracking

There are 5 different kinds of shipping methods available for your selection: 

Actually, we have also no idea about the shipping cost, because it differs when you buy different dresses and want the dress to be shipped to different destinations, so we often suggest our customers to place test order online to be informed how much is the shipping charge.

International Shipping Information:

In order to help our customers to get your order quickly and safely, here are some points for your selection.
EMS:This service will take about 7-15 days to the USA, Japan, Australia and the UK. The advantage of this service is that you might pay less duty on the purchase; however it takes longer time to deliver the items.
Other shipping companies:

For quick delivery, we also use four reliable delivery companie. These companies are DHL, TNT, UPS, and Fedex. We will choose the company according to the delivery address. In order to reduce the amount of duty that you might have to pay, we will write “Sample” on the package and state a lower value for the dress on the shipping bill. NOTICE: Please inform us if you do not want us to do this.

Do we need to inform customers of this?

Answer: i suggest to put this sentence in NOTICE,it is necessary to inform our customers this matter. Sometime, they also ask us to do like this.

And sometimes, we will choose the best shipping method for you according to your event date for you to get fewer taxes. And we will also do something to help you to get fewer taxes or even free taxes, for example, we will put " Sample" , and lower amount (maybe USD 30, USD 50, USD 80) on shipping bill. If you do not want these words appeared on shipping bill, please inform us when ordering.

Note:

1. The information needed for delivery includes your full name, address, and phone number. Please be aware that we can only ship your wedding dress by ZIP CODE address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

2. Once your dress is ready, we will ship your wedding gown within 5 working days after finishing packing. We will provide you a tracking number so that you are able to track the parcel.

3. If problems occur during the shipping of your wedding dress, we will contact you by email to explain the details.

4. We are not responsible for customs taxes, this is the responsibility of the customer.
